This is certainly one of the strangest videos I’ve ever created.  And I’ve made some weird stuff so that’s saying a lot.  Without knowing why it was created it must seem especially absurd.  This video was one of the winning entries in John Tesh’s “Roundball Rock” video contest.  John Tesh, aside from being a former Entertainment Tonight host is also a piano player and composer and he actually wrote the classic NBA theme music back in the 90’s.  The NBA theme song was remixed and John Tesh was inspired to hold a huge video contest in which rappers and filmmakers were to create rap music and videos using the remixed theme song.  For the rap part of the video, I enlisted the aid of one of my favorite Nerdcore MCs, Karl “Ultraklystron” Olson.
